Graduation Alliance’s Adult Workforce Diploma program helps adults earn a high school diploma online with flexible courses, personalized support, and career-credential options. Through partnerships nationwide, it provides accessible pathways to better jobs, education, and renewed opportunity.

Graduation Alliance partners with colleges and universities to help students enroll, persist, and complete their programs. We expand access to degrees, offer proactive coaching, and create routes for adults to reengage in education while improving student outcomes.

Our Enrollment Optimization Services boost enrollment and retention by providing an extra layer of personalized outreach. We help learners enroll, re-enroll, or return to their programs, and partners receive clear weekly reports on contact results, student feedback, and enrollment outcomes.

Our Success Coaching & Case Management services offer personalized support to keep students engaged, overcome barriers, and stay on track. Using eight components of student success, we monitor progress, provide guidance, and help learners build the skills needed to persist.

Many adults want to pursue training or college but lack a high school diploma. Through the Adult Diploma Pathway, colleges and universities partner with Graduation Alliance to provide instruction and award diplomas, boosting enrollment, revenue, and community impact.

Graduation Alliance supports workforce development by helping institutions engage new, returning, and special-population learners across a wide range of funding sources. Our Enrollment Optimization and Success Coaching teams work with programs like WIOA, SNAP E&T, and TRIO, adapting to each community’s needs.

Graduation Alliance partners with colleges and universities to offer industry-relevant credentials, skills training, and life-skills courses that prepare students for the workforce. Our stackable certifications and electives in areas like employability, digital literacy, and financial literacy support learners as they move from college to career.
